Elvis & Kresse are a British company that have been "reclaiming heroic materials ever since we fell in love with London Fire Brigade's decommissioned fire-hose. After a distinguished career fighting fires and saving lives the hoses were destined for landfill. We started to rescue it in 2005 and never looked back". In other words this bag - and the other pieces they sell - are all made of recycled fire hoses... how amazing is that?? This is eco fashion at its very finest.

For myself I chose the bowling bag as it is the only one that includes the ultra rare black fire hose, but I could have quite happily chosen any of the other bags they've designed... I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this bag. It genuinely looks like it's vintage, and because of the materials used each one is unique (I love the fact that mine's "called" Angus). I decided to style it with my new plaid jacket from Asos and pinstripe trousers, and then threw in some bright white with a roll neck and Adidas Superstar Originals. Result: Yet another new favourite outfit.
